Using the supplier portal on your phone
Getting set up in the supplier portal, adding it to your phone's home screen, and choosing how job offers reach you.

The supplier portal is where you answer offers, update jobs, add photos and submit invoices. It runs in your phone’s browser: there is no app to download.
Getting access
Our team sets up portal access for the people in your business who take jobs. Each person gets an invitation email to choose a password. Ask us to add or remove people at any time.
On your phone
Add the portal to your home screen so it opens with one tap:
- iPhone (Safari): Share → Add to Home Screen.
- Android (Chrome): ⋮ menu → Add to Home screen or Install app.

How offers reach you
Under Notifications in the supplier portal, choose how we send you job offers:
- Email to your portal users;
- SMS to your mobile.
Each offer message has the answer deadline and a link that opens the offer after you sign in. Keep at least one turned on, and keep your mobile number up to date with us.
What’s in the portal
- Overview: offers waiting for your answer and jobs in progress, with unread messages.
- Jobs: each job’s details, location, your quote, progress buttons, photos and files, and messages with our team.
- Invoices & payments: your submitted invoices, their status, payments and remittance advice.
- Reports and insights on your jobs with us.
Tips
- Keep your phone charged and the portal signed in when you are on call.
- Answer every offer, even with a decline: it gets the driver help sooner.
