Fix My Truck online

One portal, both sides of the job

Fix My Truck runs on a modern job system. Account holders and suppliers each have their own portal, connected to our 24/7 dispatch desk, so everyone sees the same job at the same time.

Customer portal

For members, account holders and their fleets.

  • Request roadside help in a few clicks, prefilled from your vehicles, places and past jobs
  • Follow each job: supplier, ETA, arrival, back on the road
  • Approve supplier costs above your limit from your phone
  • Message our team about a job, with photos and files
  • Vehicles, drivers, depot contacts and saved places
  • Invoices, statement, reports and CSV export of your jobs
  • API connections for fleet systems and partners

Supplier portal

For the service providers who attend our jobs.

  • Job offers by email and SMS, with an answer deadline and a link
  • Accept with your ETA and a quote, or decline with a reason
  • Job details, location and the driver's contact once you accept
  • ETA, arrival and back-on-road updates
  • Photos, files and the driver's signature as proof of completion
  • Submit invoices, and see payments and remittances

Behind both: our 24/7 dispatch desk

Live dispatch board

Every open job by stage, with timers. Jobs waiting too long, missed ETAs and long stays on site alert the team.

Nearest-supplier dispatch

Suppliers matched by service and distance, with the account's preferred suppliers first and ratings deciding between equals.

Handed over, shift to shift

At every change of shift our operators hand over in writing, with every open job listed, so nothing is dropped overnight.

Signing in

Both portals use the same sign-in page. Access is set up by our team: ask us and you'll receive an invitation email. Your sign-in may use two-step verification with an authenticator app.
