Who can use the service?

Drivers and owners of transport and industry equipment, anywhere in Australia and New Zealand, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Members get incident fees waived and lower fees on work. Casual customers are accepted with a valid credit card; strict conditions apply.

  • Prime movers, rigid trucks and trailers
  • Buses and coaches
  • Machinery and plant
  • Fleets of every size, and single vehicles

Authorised providers where possible

We use Authorised Providers or other service providers where possible, and general mechanical and accessory providers where appropriate: windscreens, tyres, globes, towing, air lines, jump starts, auto electricians and more.

Tell us your preferences. If your fleet has dealers, workshops or suppliers you want used first, we record them on your account and offer your jobs to them first.
