How it works
Every breakdown follows the same seven steps, watched by our dispatch team around the clock until the vehicle is back on the road.
A driver, depot or fleet manager calls our 24/7 line, or an account holder requests help in the customer portal. Connected fleet systems can send the job automatically.
Our operator logs the job and confirms the location, the vehicle and its account, the fault, a callback number and whether everyone is safe. Open jobs on the same vehicle are flagged so nothing is logged twice.
We offer the job to a supplier near the breakdown who provides the service needed: your preferred suppliers first, then by distance and rating. Each offer has an answer deadline; if it is declined or not answered, the next supplier gets it.
The supplier accepts with an ETA, and with a quote where needed. You are told who is coming. Quotes above your approval limit wait for your OK before work starts.
The supplier reports their arrival. Our dispatch board watches every job: an ETA that passes, or a long time on site, alerts the team to follow up.
The supplier records the work done, with photos, and the driver can sign a proof of completion. You are told the vehicle is moving again.
We close the job, check the supplier's invoice against the work and the approved quote, and invoice your account. Invoices and statements are in the customer portal.
