Approval limits

Set an approval limit on your account and any supplier quote above it waits for your decision before work goes ahead. Approve or decline in the customer portal, or tell our team.

Approving supplier costs

Purchase orders

If your company issues purchase orders, we can set your account to be invoiced by order number. Give us the number on the call or in the job's messages: we need it before the job can be closed.

Invoices, credit notes and statements

Invoices

Issued with the job details and due according to your account's payment terms. Members are invoiced within 30 days of an incident. Find them in the customer portal by status, date, order number or registration, as PDFs.

Credit notes

We never edit an issued invoice. If it needs correcting, we issue a credit note against it, with the reason, and the invoice's balance is reduced.

Statements

Your statement lists invoices, credit notes and payments, with what is not yet due and what is 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 or more than 90 days overdue.
