Membership gets you access to our call centre team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, who work to get you back on the road sooner. We arrange servicing, towing, tyres and more when you've broken down and need it most.

All rates include GST, are calculated per vehicle and are charged monthly by direct debit.

Monthly access includes

  • 24-hour, 7-day access to our call centre team
  • Incident fees waived for vehicles on your account
  • Unlimited supplier, customer and client contacts
  • All call costs: inbound and outbound calls and SMS
  • Call centre call costs and labour

Membership is available for fleets and single vehicles. It pays to be a member!

Members and casual customers

Members

20% on all work done

  • Incident fees waived for vehicles on our database
  • Monthly rate per truck, by direct debit
  • Invoices presented within 30 days of an incident
  • Customer portal for your team

Non-members

30% + $77.00 non-refundable non-member fee on all work done

Casual customers are accepted. A valid credit card is required and strict conditions apply.

Terms and conditions

  1. All fees are charged through the Fix My Truck direct debit facility.
  2. All fees are charged monthly.
  3. Members are responsible for sending through the details of their vehicles so our database stays up to date.
  4. Vehicles not on the database are liable for the incident fee.
  5. Members are charged 20% on all work done.
  6. Non-members are charged 30% plus a $77.00 non-refundable non-member fee on all work done.
  7. Invoices are presented to members within 30 days of an incident.
  8. Members agree that their credit card details are held on record.
  9. Members must give 14 days’ notice to cancel their membership.
  10. All fees for call centre work are included in the rates.

The direct debit arrangement is governed by the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement below.
