Customer portal Fleets and account holders

Exporting your jobs

Download your jobs from the customer portal as a CSV file for reporting, reconciliation or your own fleet records.

Updated

You can download the jobs in your customer portal as a spreadsheet, for example to reconcile against invoices or to see which vehicles break down most often.

How to export

  1. Open Jobs.
  2. Filter the list to the jobs you want. You can combine:
    • status: open, closed, completed or cancelled;
    • date range (inclusive, in local dates);
    • registration (the start of it is enough; spaces don’t matter);
    • driver, by name or phone number;
    • fleet (account users);
    • free text: job number, problem, order number, driver or registration.
  3. Choose Export. The file contains the jobs that match your filters.

About the file

  • It is a CSV file in UTF-8, which Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets open directly.
  • One export holds up to 10,000 jobs. If more jobs match, narrow the date range and export in parts; the portal tells you when a file was cut short.
  • Cells are written so that a spreadsheet never treats text from a job as a formula.

Reports and insights

Besides the export, the customer portal has reports and insights on your jobs, such as volumes over time, that you can view, print or download.
